Born in the distinguished Anshavatari Dana Bhagat (Chalala) family of Saurashra's gurus, Mahant Shri Valakubapu has devoted his life for the upliftment of all human beings. A graduate in science, his life is a harmony of science and religion.

Mahant Shri Valakubapu has successfully managed the famous Danev Maharaj's ashram at Chalala as its head, and has made it one of the most important places of worship in Saurashtra. He is known for his hospitality, service to the disadvantaged and devotion to the gurus, and has set an example for other gurus to emulate.

He is a scholar of 'Ramcharitmanas', and is a well known orator of Ramayana. His understanding of ancient and contemporary relitious as well as other inspirational literature is deep and impressive.

A magazine called 'Danev Darshan' is published under his able guidance. The magazine has contributed immensely to character building. Shri Valku Bapu has taught people what is real religion.
