Before 200 years Shri Dan Maharaj one of the great & holy saint of Saurashtra (Gujarat, India) came to this earth direct the society for service to human kind.

During his period he established a well known chalala temple and started various services like Gaushala, Education & Health Center along with clothings.

He also established two more places to further extend the services. This two places are Satadhar & Pliyad both belogs to Saurashtra. This places are also active like Chalala.

Shri Dan Maharaj during his service oriented tenure gave a message that “Food to Hungry, Gaushala (Services Towards Cows) equality to every one, and respect to Sadhus & Saints is the best religion.

He inspired his followers to extend more and more services. According to him there are four important aspects of the life, First Food is the basic requirement of human life. i.e. to sustain life. Which can be performed through Annakshetra (Food Centre). Second, to have better health food should be qualitative i.e. pure Ghee & Milk is required which can be generated through Gaushala, keeping large nos. of cows. Third the healthy man is not valued without education. Illiteracy is hindrance in his development. He requires education & family to keep the person healthy he require proper medicinal treatment. All these four could be performed through 1. Annakshetra, 2. Gaushala, 3. Vidhyalaya (School with Bording & Lodging) & 4. Health Cenre.

Shri Dan Maharaj came to his earth to educate the society for Humanity. This tradition is still being continued & shaped up well by Param Poojya Mahant Maharaj Shri Valkubapu.
